Jinhong Zhang
CPA, CGMA, MBA
Jinhong Zhang, CPA, CGMA, MBA, has founded and led a CPA firm that provides tech ventures with CFO services for the last 8 years, creating a practice of 200 entrepreneur clients and 10 team members. Jinhong is grateful for his mentors and coaches for his personal and professional growth. He gained his skills from his 30 years of accounting, auditing, tax, consulting, and leadership experiences from Global Fortune 500 companies to startups. Jinhong is passionate about serving entrepreneurs and empowering entrepreneurs to be successful in all aspects of their family, business, and legacy through the Brower Quadrant planning framework and Strategic Taxpayer thinking framework. He helps tech ventures to raise fund through Small Business Innovation Research grant, Reg CF, A, and D funding. His passion and talent are educating entrepreneurs in raising funds and in using the Brower Quadrant to plan their life and create their future and becoming a Strategic Taxpayer.
Michael Bennett
Michael Bennett is a results-oriented financial leader with extensive experience in both domestic and international business. His expertise encompasses accounting and finance, executive management, fundraising and capital markets, IPO preparation and execution, and corporate governance.
Throughout his career, he has held roles such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), CFO, CEO, Audit Committee Chair for multiple Boards of Directors, and lecturer at prestigious institutions.
As a Fractional CFO, he specializes in guiding companies through critical growth stages, including pre-IPO preparation, IPO execution, post-IPO optimization, fundraising, infrastructure development, and corporate governance enhancement.
He provides invaluable expertise to companies seeking strategic financial leadership and have a proven track record of driving growth.
Helen Zhang

Helen Zhang, CPA, an experienced CFO in technology development unit in Fortune 500 companies and a top American university with more than 20 years. She has a track record of delivering business & accounting solutions, developing and managing high performing teams and driving process improvement. She is a co-founder of a start-up business in e-commerce. She has also successfully helped many Chinese friends to study overseas, obtain the US green cards, manage investment portfolios, and develop their businesses overseas. She holds master's degrees in business and accounting. She is a certified public accountant, a certified professional with the Society for Human Resource Management and certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Helen was nominated and has won the 2023 Outstanding Global Chinese issued by American Golden Tripod Organization in CA. This year, she was proudly selected to be listed on Marquis Who's Who in America and chosen to be a Marquis Emerging Leader in the US.
Rick Hu

Rick Hu is a seasoned expert with 20+ years of experience in corporate and operational finance, workflow automation, process improvement, and business intelligence analytics.
He has a track record of delivering business solutions for top-tier clients across various industries, including Fortune 500 companies and global financial institutions. With expertise in financial management and business operations, he has helped a Clinical Trials Supplies & Logistics business grow its annual revenue from $2M to $50M in 7 years through organic growth and M&A. In addition, he founded and operated an off-shore hedge fund and a business consulting practice.
Rick holds a bachelor's degree in finance and a master's degree in business administration (MBA) with a concentration in entrepreneurship. He is a certified management accountant (CMA), holds an MA realtor license, and is a New England Business Broker Association (NBBA) member. He remains committed to helping businesses increase enterprise value through the power of technology, data, and innovation.

Melanie Ju

Melanie Ju holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) both in China and the United States. Melanie has thirty years of professional experience, including in the fields of finance, technology, and real estate. She served as the CFO for Cushman & Wakefield in China, where she was responsible for the preparation for listing on the US main board, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and ERP system implementation. She possesses a profound understanding and extensive practical experience with US accounting standards and corporate internal control systems (SOX Sarbanes-Oxley Act).
Melanie collaborated with Deloitte and Cushman & Wakefield's US teams to establish post-merger financial systems and design and implement a global ERP system for the merger of DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield Greater China. Melanie also served as a financial advisor for Apon Medical, providing financial guidance for its listing on the ChiNext Market, including financial standardization and process streamlining, internal control design and implementation, and ERP process design, ensuring a smooth listing. Melanie provides consulting and CFO services to pre-IPO companies in various industries and regions, including both China and the United States，focusing on improving financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, financial team building, internal controls, and internal audits to enhance shareholder value and ensure a smooth listing or acquisition.
